Trail Bike - Special Conditions. MUST READ

1.WATER - "JUST DON'T RIDE THROUGH IT"

1. None of our bikes are to be ridden in any water. There are no excuses.Your excess is 2 x bond and here are some examples of excuses that will not persuade us from keeping the entire amount. a) My mate rode his bike through the water and his bike is ok!

b)I've seen these bikes go through water puddles, rivers, creeks etc in the movies!

c)I think the bike should be able to go in any size water cause my mates say so and they know bikes!

d)I use to ride my old bike through water all the time and it was fine!

e)It was only a splash of water and i went slow!

I hope you get the idea "NO WATER AT ALL"

Any damage at all or any sign of the bike being ridden in water and the full excess will be charged.

Water is the single biggest reason why people have issues with trail bikes. All it takes is a drop in the wrong place and you can have all sorts of problems and ruin your ride.We have heard all the excuses and have taken radical action because if we don't there will be no more trail bikes for rent.

 

2.BREAKDOWNS.

Our bikes are late model bikes in exceptional mechanical condition and ridden by us. Although very rare, we have found that most of the time that there is a reported problem it is unfortunately rider error and usually something that has been explained before picking up the bike. We understand that it is very exciting when picking up the bikes but please making the effort to listen to the run through instructions could ensure that you have a fantastic weekend.Even if you have ridden before all the bikes have little differences and because they are so new they might be a little different in starting procedure than the bikes you've been use to.

There is no on site break down assistance for trail bikes.

In case of breakdown call the shop and leave a message with the problem and the time. If the bike has failed your refund will start from this time.

IF YOU DON'T LEAVE A TIME THERE WILL BE NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

3.CLEANING THE BIKES

The bikes must be returned clean.

$40.00 per bike will be charged for bikes returned dirty.
